Our watch store processes all orders within 1-2business days  Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Once the order is shipped, delivery usually takes 2-3business days for standard shipping and 3-4business days for express shipping, depending on the customer’s location and the courier service. Shipping charges may apply to orders below a certain amount, while free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders. After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor their shipment. Delivery times may sometimes be affected by factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or customs procedures for international orders. If a watch arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, and we are not liable for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address details.
